WHAT IS THE GREATER INDIANPOLIS BRITTANY CLUB? The GIBC is a non profit organization dedicated to promoting cooperation and friendship among owners and breeders of Brittanys. We encourage the highest standards in breeding, training, running Brittanys in the field, and in the show ring. We are a regional club of the American Brittany Club and a member of the American Kennel Club.

WHAT ACTIVITIES DOES THE GIBC SPONSOR OR SUPPORT? AKC Field Trials, AKC Specialty Shows, Fun Trials, Training Sessions, Hunt Tests, Annual Picnic, Christmas Shoot and Dinner

WHAT DOES MEMBERSHIP IN THE GIBC ENTITLE ME TO? Bi Monthly Newsletter, a vote for Officers and Directors of the GIBC and the ABC, participation in the Club Activities and Events, subscription to The American Brittany, a monthly magazine that contains reports of field trials, shows, and other club activities. Also included are articles on care and training, and a listing of kennels, stud dogs, and trainers.

WHO CAN JOIN GIBC? Any person who is in good standing with the American Kennel Club, who owns or has an interest in Brittanys can join the GIBC.

HOW DO I JOIN GIBC? Yearly membership is $50.00. A family member may join as an associate member for $3.00. However, associate members do not receive the magazine. Those who are Members At Large of the ABC may transfer to GIBC at no cost.
